It can be hard to know exactly what to eat when you’re Living Low Carb. I’ve put together this quick reference guide so you can make the best choices fast.

Fruit is tricky when it comes to carbs – even though it’s good and natural, most fruit contains high levels of fructose, which is a type of sugar (and therefore a Carb).

Personally I avoid all fruit, instead getting my vitamins, minerals and fibre from Veggies.

However if you do love fruit and don’t wish to eliminate completely – Here are the best options.

Keep in mind these are all per 100g – an average serving size would be closer to 200g – so you really need to double these carb figures.

You can then see how fruit really doesn’t fit when you’re Living Low Carb.

What fruit is the lowest carb?
