We’ve created a Low Carb Glaze-style Icing, that would be ideal for drizzling over an Orange and Almond cake, Bundt cakes, Cupcakes or homemade donuts. You could add slight flavour variations like cinnamon.
Low Carb Glaze Style Icing:
- 75g or 1/3 cup of Our Low Carb Icing Mix
- 1 measuring Tablespoon milk – 20 mls
- Stir together add another teaspoon milk if it’s not at desired consistency.
NOTE: This is used for a drizzle style icing, rather than full coverage for a cupcake or cake. Perfect for vegans as there is no need for butter or cream
