Starting out with the 21 Day Low Carb Fat Burn,  I was interested to see what results I would achieve. 
As someone who already followed a Lower Carb Lifestyle (with Cheese, Crackers + Wine as my vice) I wasn’t sure if I would get noticeable results by making a few further refinements to my diet.
Boy was I WRONG!!
 The results I got were not only noticeable but made me feel better than I have done in years – and reconfirmed my belief that Everyone can benefit from reducing Carbs.

This is what happened during the 21 days…
  • I have more energy than every before. I NEVER get that afternoon slump, and I can now stay awake past 8pm. (All my friends will know what an achievement this is!)
  • I bounce out of bed with a positive, crystal clear mind – no Snooze
  • I lost 4kg of body fat
  • I feel stronger, leaner and more toned
  • I’m happier with my body than I have ever been
  • My skin is clear and radiant
  • I DON’T crave sweets anymore
  • I DO crave green veggies, salads and lean protein
  • I am happy, confident and so focused on my goals – in all areas of my life
