So how do theyĀ taste?

Easy to makeā€¦

To make 6 pancakes (2 serves), you will need:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (125ml)
  • 1/2 cup Pancake Mix (60g)

Mix – Using a whisk or fork, combine all ingredients well in a bowl. Let sit to thicken whilst you prepare pan.

Prepare Pan – Spray your pan with oil and heat until nearly smoking. Reduce heat to low. This will prevent your pan from sticking.

Spoon – Spoon mixture into your pan, on low heat, forming 3 pancakes, 9cm in diameter

Flip – Once bubbles appear, flip each pancake and cook for another 30-60 seconds or until golden brown. Repeat process for remaining 3 pancakes.

Serve with your favourite low carb toppings such as berries, cream, yoghurt, butter, sugar free maple, natvia or lemon juice!

Storage – Pancakes MUST be stored in the fridge or freezer. (Either in fridge for 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months)
