- 120g Lamb
- Lupin Couscous Recipe
- 1/2 punnet cherry tomato
- 1 Lebanese cucumber
NOTE: You can use whatever greens you have available and if you are super hungry add more.
- Tzatziki – 1/2 cup greek yoghurt + fresh mint
- Grill lamb
