This Low Carb Chicken Avo Melt recipe combines some of my favourite foods – Chicken and avocado. Super filling with just under 50g of protein and approx 6g carbs.

- 100g BBQ Chicken
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1TB Mayonnaise
- Toast then microwave/ or grill
