This simple and delicious Tofu Satay recipe is one of Anna’s favourites. Who knew satay sauce could be as easy as a minute in the microwave.
Easy 5 STEP Process.
Recipe serves 1 (if wanting to serve more, just x the ingredients by how many needed)
Protein
- 150g Tofu sliced into wedges
Vegetables
- 300g any green veggies
NOTE: You can use whatever greens you have available and if you are super hungry add more.

- Grill Tofu
- Stir fry veggies
