Mayonnaise is such a great accompaniment to chicken, eggs or salad on a sandwich.
Many supermarket brands do contain sugar and preservatives and its actually super simple to make your own.
Give this easy recipe a go and enjoy the creamy, yet tangy delight that is mayonnaise.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: No Cooking 🙂
- 1 Whole Egg
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp White Vinegar
- 200mL Light Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Place the whole egg, egg yolk, mustard and vinegar in a food processor and blend well.
- With the motor still running, slowly add the oil and continue to process until the mixture is thick and of an even consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
