The easiest mushrooms on toast you will ever have! Meaty and flavoursome, and super low in carbs.
Easy 5 STEP Process.
Recipe serves 1 person.
Protein
- 2 slices of our Low Carb Sunflower and Linseed Bread
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
Vegetables
- 1 cup of Spinach
Flavour
- Thyme (sprinkle on mushies while cooking)
- 1 TB Butter (to cook mushrooms)
Method
- Stir fry mushrooms
- Toast Bread
