This easy Spinach and Feta Frittata is the perfect batch cook recipe. You’ll have portions for the next day! Super easy and tasty.
Easy 5 STEP Process.
Recipe serves 4 (if wanting to serve more, just x the ingredients by how many needed)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 100g feta
- 250g Spinach
NOTE: You can use whatever greens you have available and if you are super hungry add more.
- Fresh herbs of choice and chilli (optional)
- Bake – method is simply combine all ingredients – pour in greased oven dish and bake for 30 mins or until cooked. Can optionally add smoked salmon.
