This yogurt Glaze Icing is a lovely alternative to cream cheese icing. A little lighter and tangy. This can also be made vegan, by using Coconut yogurt. This is a runny, glaze style icing perfect for drizzling over cakes or cupcakes.
*Glaze pictured on Anna’s Orange, almond and Chia Muffins
- 1/3 cup (75g) of Our Low Carb Icing Mix
- 1/2 cup (125ml) of Unsweetened yogurt
- Stir together in small bowl until smooth. Ensure no lumps!
- Keep refrigerated when not in use.
