Do I need a bread maker?
Nope – all you need is a mixing bowl, whisk or fork and a small loaf tin! That’s it.

Can I make the Low Carb Bread in a bread maker?
Yes you can if you prefer. You just need to mix all ingredients together in a bowl first to ensure well combined – then pour in your bread maker.

How long does it take to make?
Only THREE Minutes to prepare and 60 minutes baking. Simply place all ingredients in a bowl – add eggs + water +vinegar – mix together – pour in a lined tin – bake. Enjoy the aroma of fresh bread wafting through your house.

What if my tin is wider or longer than recommended?
That’s fine! Our tins are 19cm long and 9cm wide, however if your tin is longer or wider it will just change the shape of your loaf. As long as you follow the recipe quantities the nutrition on your bread will remain the same.
