How to slice and store your Low Carb Bread to ensure you get to enjoy every single slice with zero wastage!

Bread MUST be chilled overnight before slicing – this will allow you to slice easily with no crumbling! The best way to do this is simply wrap in a tea towel and place in fridge overnight. This was it can still breathe and you wont get condensation.

Use a sharp serrated bread knife. A flat blade knife will not slice well

Bread lasts for 5 days in fridge or 3 months frozen.

Keep 5 days worth of bread in a plastic container in fridge.

Keep remaining bread in sandwich bags in the freezer and thaw as required.

That’s it!

The best way to keep your Low Carb Bread to ensure you get to enjoy every single slice and have zero wastage!

As you can see, I love my bread thin and crispy!! I get around 28 slices per loaf as I slice them so thin. I then toast in my flat sandwich press until it’s super crispy

Happy Baking!
