Updated start of June 2017

I grew up on Soy Milk, as when I was younger I had an allergy to dairy. Now I am all ok however I’ve always loved the taste of Soy Milk.

I have read that too much soy is not good for you, but my opinion is that if you love it, and are having one or two tea’s or coffee’s per day then it’s fine! Don’t assume though that it is the healthier alternative to cows milk – as that’s not the case.

As always it comes down to choosing the right brand – and that’t what I am here to help with.

Our criteria – 4g carbs or less per 100ml
